What Payment methods don’t you accept?

Unfortunately we don’t accept Personal cheques, Bankers drafts or Postal orders.

Do you ship Worldwide & in what currency will I be charged?

Yes we most certainly do ship our products World wide and for further details about shipping please visit our delivery page. The Pound Sterling or GBP as its commonly known is the currency of the UK and everything we sell will be charged in GBP. For your convenience all of our prices are displayed in both GBP and your own country's currency. This will show you the "approximate" cost that you will pay in your own country's currency. As our currency converter is updated every six hours the price displayed may slighlty differ from that which you are charged.

Does Sage Pay or PayPal share my credit/debit card details?

No, absolutely not. Your details are never shared with anyone.

Does Pinky PawZ see my credit/debit card details?

No, we never see any card or financial details that you supply. The details you share are between you, Sage Pay or PayPal, depending on who you use to make payment.

What does 3D secure mean?

3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) has been developed by MasterCard and Visa to authenticate a cardholder’s transaction made over the internet. MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa allow a cardholder to confirm that they are the genuine cardholder by giving their pre-selected password when taking part in a transaction.

What does "AVS" mean?

The Address Verification System (AVS) aids merchants in the detection of suspicious transaction activity as it checks that the address given by the cardholder matches what the card issuer has on file and is where they send the Bank/card statement.

What does "CVV2" or CSC mean?

Card Verification Value (CVV2) or Card Security Code (CSC) is a security feature in the way of a three or four digit number that is printed on the reverse of the card in the signature strip after the cardholder’s short account number. It provides better evidence that the person making the transaction is in possession of the genuine card rather than stolen card details. The card issuer will confirm if the CVV2 or CSC provided is the correct one or not. In the case of an American Express card, the CSC is on the front of the card.

What information does Pinky PawZ hold about me?

If you have bought or are buying something from us then we will have your address, phone number and email address. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend or neighbour) we will have their name and address as well. The Information we hold is only used to help us deliver your goods and to contact you to make you aware that your order has been dispatched and on the rare occasion where there may be a problem with your order.
